These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jipange website and mobile application (collectively, the "Services"), provided by Jipange ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Jipange.

1. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use Jipange. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

2. Your Account

To use most features of Jipange, you need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

3. Description of Services

Jipange helps you track, organize, and forecast recurring bills. Features may include bill tracking, reminders, bill sharing, expense reports, and forecasting tools.

Jipange is a personal organization tool. It does not process payments on your behalf, connect directly to your bank accounts, or guarantee that bills will be paid on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for paying your bills with your service providers.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Jipange offers a free tier with limited functionality and optional paid subscription plans that unlock additional features.

• Subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store are billed and managed by those platforms, subject to their respective terms and payment methods.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes for in-app purchases are handled through the app store where the purchase was made.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing or features with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services.
• Use the Services to transmit harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Share your account or bill data in a way that violates another person's privacy or rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Bill Sharing

Jipange allows you to share bills with other users, such as family members, roommates, or colleagues. When you share a bill, you consent to the relevant bill details being visible to the people you invite.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you share and for managing who has access to your shared bills. We are not responsible for disputes between users arising from shared bills.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the information you enter into Jipange, including bill names, amounts, due dates, and related data ("Your Content").

By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services to you.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content.

8. Intellectual Property

Jipange, including its design, logo, features, and underlying software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or proprietary technology beyond what is necessary to use the Services as intended.

9. Third-Party Services

Jipange relies on third-party providers to operate, including services for authentication, hosting, analytics, notifications, and subscription management. Your use of the Services may be subject to those providers' own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

Jipange is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Jipange is a bill organization tool and does not constitute financial advice. Any forecasts, reports, or summaries are provided for informational purposes only, and you should exercise your own judgment regarding your finances.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jipange and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including missed payments, late fees, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

12. Termination

You may stop using Jipange or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or legal requirements. If material changes are made, we will notify users through the application, email, or our website before the changes become effective where required by law. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
